MRC Hithadhoo Unit Hosts Special Evening for Older Persons in Hulhudhoo and Meedhoo
The MRC Hithadhoo Unit organised a special evening dedicated to the elderly community members of Hulhudhoo and Meedhoo, held at Seenu Atoll School. The event brought together older persons from both communities for an afternoon of activities, connection, and celebration, creating a warm and joyful space where participants could enjoy meaningful time together.

MRC Delivers Y-Adapt Climate Change Training for Youth in GDh. Gadhdhoo
MRC conducted a Y-Adapt (Youth Adapt) training in GDh. Gadhdhoo this past weekend, engaging youth volunteers of the MRC Gadhdhoo Unit in a structured learning experience designed to build their understanding of climate change and inspire them to develop their own climate adaptation initiatives within their communities.

MRC Brings "The Girl Who Grew a Beach" to Students in GDh. Gadhdhoo
As part of its climate and youth programming, MRC volunteers conducted four book reading sessions of "The Girl Who Grew a Beach" for students from LKG, UKG, and Grades 1 to 4 at GDh. Atoll School in Gadhdhoo - bringing climate awareness and environmental storytelling directly into the classroom.

Applications Open: MRC Madhadhuveni 4.0 – Youth Climate Innovation Challenge
The camp is open to young people aged 16–25 currently residing in Haa Alif, Haa Dhaalu, or Shaviyani Atolls. MRC will arrange travel and accommodation for selected participants not based in Kulhudhuffushi City. Participants under the age of 18 will require parental or guardian consent if selected.

Bridging Climate Science and Community: MRC and MMS Pilot Volunteer-Based AWS Maintenance Programme
