The workshop brought together key stakeholders to strengthen national preparedness and build the capacity to respond swiftly and effectively to chemical and biological public health emergencies. The closing ceremony was attended by Minister Geela Ali, reflecting the national importance placed on advancing these preparedness capacities across the Maldives. MRC’s participation reflects its role as a key partner in national emergency preparedness, contributing to the multi-agency efforts needed to build a more coordinated and resilient response to public health emergencies of all kinds.
