MRC Participates in National Early Warning Roadmap Coordination Meeting

MRC Secretary General Ahmed Shabin and Manager- Programmes and Services Ibrahim Shameel represented MRC at the meeting, sharing updates on Pillar 4 of the Early Warning for All (EW4All) Initiative and the work that has been ongoing through MRC’s collaboration with the National Disaster Management Authority, the Maldives Meteorological Service, and other partners in the implementation of the national EW4All Roadmap.

The meeting provided an important platform to take stock of progress, align priorities across agencies, and strengthen the coordination needed to move the roadmap from planning into sustained, community-level action. MRC remains committed to its role as Pillar 4 lead and to the partnerships that underpin the delivery of early warning that reaches every community across the Maldives.
