MRC Malé City Unit Supports 60th Independence Day Celebrations Across Greater Malé

MRC's support extended across multiple events tied to the celebrations in the Greater Malé region. From the earliest parade practices through to the main events on 26 July, volunteers stood ready to serve providing first aid coverage, supporting participant wellbeing, and ensuring a safe environment at every stage. MRC teams provided coverage during the National Flag Hoisting Ceremony and the Minivan Run on 27 July, and through the Independence Day Parade on 29 July maintaining a steady, professional presence across each occasion.

Such deployment sustained over multiple days and events reflects the dedication of the Malé City Unit's volunteer network and MRC's commitment to being present wherever communities gather. MRC is proud of every volunteer and staff member of the Malé City Unit who gave their time, energy, and commitment across the Independence Day period. Your service reflects the true spirit of volunteerism and a reminder that some of the most meaningful contributions are the ones that allow communities to come together with confidence and care.
